A wintertime theme was my idea of the perfect wedding theme, so we got married in January. There are so many beautiful accessories and reception supplies to make the perfect wintery wedding dream come true. We got a ring boy tee shirt and a stainless steel yo-yo for our ring bearer, and he thought that was really neat. I got my maid of honor a bracelet made of crystal, and all of my bridesmaids received tank tops with their names written on them in small crystals. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. He bought a best man mug and a neat pen set for the best man, and everyone else received a battery-operated digital clock. It was pretty obvious by the way everyone was laughing and dancing that they were really enjoying themselves at our wedding reception, a quite a few of them thanked us for the lovely gifts we had bought for them as wedding favors.

I think everyone was really happy with the thank you favors they received and I think they all had a great time at the reception.

Everyone seemed impressed with the décor and their wedding favors. I got so many thank you’s from our guests for their gifts. What I really liked about this place I shopped was the fact they have more than just cake toppers and a wedding ring bearer pillow. All the groomsmen wore linen white shirts and sand colored pants and my husband, to be looked so handsome in his blue linen shirt and white pants. The little sundress our flower girl wore looked so adorable on her and our ring boy looked so cute in his little khaki shorts and white shirt. I found the most lovely flower bouquets for the bridesmaids and myself, and the entire wedding party looked absolutely perfect.

I kept thinking how I should have bought two wedding albums, because I wanted lots of pictures of our wonderful beach wedding and reception. I planned to have pictures of all the fantastic decorations at our wedding and reception and photos of every guest that attended. I was sure to let the photographer know I wanted plenty of photos of our vow exchange under our satin canopy and lovely flowered arch. Directly after the ceremony we left to change into more suitable beach wear for the reception party. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen wore their swim wear under their wedding clothes, and some went home to change. The guests were informed on the invitations to wear casual clothing.

Our reception was such a big success, and everyone complimented us on our gorgeous wedding accessories and how lovely all of our tables were. I love attending a theme wedding. They can really be a blast. I got to go to a really super wedding and reception last weekend. The ceremony and reception was done in country western.
A quaint little country church was the location of the wedding ceremony. They had satin bows and ribbon to decorate the pews and beautiful flower arrangements with candles all around the altar. The couple had purchased a nice little ranch outside of town and that’s where they decided to have their reception. This was a prime piece of property, with a nice house, a barn and two acres of land. I hate to admit it, but I’m a little jealous of all they have accomplished just starting out.
You could tell at one glance how hard she worked at setting this reception in motion. It was spectacular. Each checkered tablecloth had centerpieces of wild flowers in little metal buckets. She did a fantastic job, not just with the décor, but also the themed favors. Around the reception tables it was lit up with lanterns and white christmas lights everywhere. With the décor consisting of hay bales and corn stalks on the barn doors, this really gave the perfect appearance of a country reception. There were so much set up for adults and kids to enjoy. My husband and I did a little dancing while some played horse shoes or gave apple bobbing a try. We were all having a fantastic time.
Their country western wedding cake topper was very comical and the cake itself was a masterpiece of confection. The cutest cake topper I’ve ever seen. The western themed champagne flutes were really unique. And she made place card holders out of these little cowboy hats. I thought that was very creative.
The food they chose for the reception was unbelievable. They grilled hot dogs and hamburgers, mostly for the kids, and steaks, ribs, and chicken for the adults, with choice of salads and vegetables. It was one heck of a cookout. Lots of music, dancing, games and food to last all evening. It was a great country western themed reception.
A beach themed reception is another great party to go to. The beauty of a beach wedding is just amazing. It’s so romantic with the sunset above the ocean. It’s like a romantic novel with the crashing of waves and the warm gentle breeze all around you. On my wedding day, I want to have a wedding ceremony just like this one.
The bridesmaids wore gorgeous summer dresses and the groomsmen wore drawstring pants and linen shirts. Her gorgeous crepe bridal dress was as blue as the ocean waters, and his white linen attire made him even more handsome than he already was. This was definitely a dream come true wedding ceremony.
The reception was something special too. All the tables were decorated with the beach theme in mind. The centerpieces were little trays filled with sand and two large pillar candles with seashells, starfish and orchids all around them. Her crystal champagne glasses had beach themed stems and her place card holders were little seashells.
She did a marvelous job decorating in a beach motif, from her wedding cake topper to the lovely theme wedding decorations that I was infatuated with. This was a ceremony and reception I will never forget.
